The binder
Six providers who have never met
The binder looks organized. Tabs. Goals. Dates. Signatures. It feels like progress because paper is heavy and meetings are scheduled.
Then Thursday arrives. Speech wants one thing at the table. Behavior wants another in the hallway. OT has a third plan for dressing. Nobody has read anyone else’s note. You are the only person who has met everyone — so you become the meeting.
Six providers who have never met are not a team. They are six directions with letterhead.
What changes at a real table
In week one, Roundtable Care puts Family, BCBA, SLP, OT, MHC, and Care Navigator in the same sitting. Same plan. Same outcomes. That is when the chaos stops — not after you have already lived a year as the binder.
Weeks 2–6 run the plan together. Week 7 we sit again so nobody drifts back to five directions. Weeks 8–12 hold the alignment. Week 13 we write what you keep. Week 14 you leave with peace and a treatment plan.
Cohort 1 is forty families, Georgia and Florida. Fill date October 5, 2026. We sit when the table is full. Not a half table.
If the binder is still your “team,” you are not alone — and you were not hired for this. Book Care Mapping to see if this season is fit, or join Beyond the Waitlist for company without an intake. FAQ.
Two next steps only.
