Cohort 1 October 5, 2026 Georgia & Florida

The waitlist is not a plan. Neither is six providers who have never met.

You waited months. Then you became the translator between people who do not talk to each other. We meet you from the start. One team, already sitting together, so you can stop running the care.

The job nobody hired you for

You waited. Then they handed you the whole team to run.

A diagnosis, then a waitlist. Speech in one building, behavior in another, OT when a slot opens. Nobody starts on the same day. Nobody shares a plan. You become the case manager because there is no one else to be it. Then you go home and try to be a parent.

That is the wound. Roundtable Care exists to take that job off you from the first sitting, not after you have already lived it for a year.

  • Months on a waitlist, then another waitlist for the next specialist.
  • Providers who mean well and have never sat in the same room.
  • A pile of treatment plans that contradict each other by Thursday.
  • You translating, scheduling, and chasing, instead of parenting.

What changes

Most families have five therapists pulling in five directions.

In week one, we put everyone at the same table. Family, BCBA, SLP, OT, MHC (mental health counselor), and Care Navigator. Same plan. Same outcomes. That is when the chaos stops.

Peace at home is the point. Not a mill of uncoordinated hours.

You leave week 14 with a treatment plan you can actually keep.

How we keep from drifting back into five directions has a quiet name: Collaborative Outcome Mapping. One set of outcomes. The family at the center. Checked in the house, not only in the session note.

How the season works

Fourteen weeks to peace, a plan, and one direction.

Most families see five therapists pulling five ways. Week one puts everyone at the same table. The weeks after that are how we keep the chaos from coming back.

Week 1

Everyone at the table. Chaos stops.

Family, BCBA, SLP, OT, MHC, and Care Navigator. Same room. One plan, same outcomes, same direction. You are not the referee.

Weeks 2–6

Same plan, same direction. Peace starts at home.

They run the plan we wrote together. Coordination stays on our side. You practice in the house, not three calendars.

Week 7

We sit so nobody drifts back to five directions.

What is moving. What is noise. What to drop. Alignment is the work. You should not have to call a meeting to find out the team disagrees.

Weeks 8–12

Hold the alignment. Make the peace stick.

Same people, tighter plan. Built to hold when we are not in the room, not to keep you forever.

Week 13

Last table. We write the plan you keep.

Confirm what holds. Name what you keep. Built to stand after we are not the center of the week.

Week 14

You leave with peace and a treatment plan.

You leave with one treatment plan, same direction, so care does not splinter again.

Fit

If this is your life, we built this for you.

If this is you

  • You are in Georgia or Florida, raising a child with autism or related needs.
  • You have already waited, or you are waiting now, and you can see the next waitlist from here.
  • You are tired of being the untrained coordinator between people who do not talk.
  • You want the team in the room in week 1, not after you have already been the coordinator for a year.

Not this

  • Existing outside providers do not sit Cohort 1. Week 1 chairs are Family, BCBA, SLP, OT, MHC, and Care Navigator on our internal team.
  • If you need a high-volume ABA mill, we will say so. That is not what we are.
  • We do not replace your school team. We do not pretend one season of care is every service a child might ever need.
  • This page is not an intake. A Care Mapping call is a conversation, not a form.

Cohort 1

Forty families. That is the whole first table.

October 5, 2026 is the fill date. Georgia and Florida. Fourteen weeks. We sit when the table is full. Not a half table. You get the first season while the table is still small enough to sit: one team that already talks, three roundtables, and a treatment plan that leaves with you in week 14. Later families will join a machine we proved here. You get the table now, not a waitlist with a nicer name.

Start
October 5, 2026The fill date. We sit when the table is full. Not a half table.
Seats
Forty familiesGeorgia and Florida. Private-pay, so we do not start you in an authorization queue.
What you get
Peace, a plan, one directionFamily, BCBA, SLP, OT, MHC, and Care Navigator. Tables in weeks 1, 7, and 13. You leave in week 14 with a treatment plan.

Not an authorization queue

We do not start you in an insurance wait to sit the table. Options are for how you fund it, not for whether the team shows up in week 1.

Next

If you are done waiting, sit down with us.

Book a Care Mapping call. Forty-five minutes. A conversation, not a form. We map what is actually breaking at home, and whether this 14-week table is the right next thing. No intake on this page. We do not collect health information here.

If a cohort is more than you can take on right now, you still should not sit alone in the wait. Beyond the Waitlist is the community and the education: parent training, other families, no sales pitch required. Come for the resources. Stay if you want the table later.
