Tired of insurance deciding how you practice? Burned out from rushed sessions, payer paperwork, and never talking to the child's other providers?
Roundtable Care is a cash-pay team of BCBAs, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, mental health clinicians, and care navigators who build one plan for each child, with the family at the table. Remote, W-2, five weeks off a year, in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina.
Why this exists
Most people in this field know the problem. A child gets speech in one place, OT in another, and ABA somewhere else, and nobody writes a shared plan. Parents carry the messages between providers. You carry a caseload with half the picture.
Roundtable Care was built to fix that. Our speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, BCBAs, mental health clinicians, and care navigators work from one plan for each child, with the family at the table. If you want to practice that way, we want to hear from you.
What you get
- Five weeks off a year, with 3 set in advance. Three company-wide closure weeks, placed around the end of each program cycle, plus two weeks of paid time off, plus paid holidays. We publish the closure dates before the year starts, so you can plan your life and the families you serve can plan theirs.
- Clinical decisions stay clinical. You decide what a family needs under your license and your ethics code. No one here can direct you to practice outside your scope, and no one will ask you to recommend more services than a family needs.
- We pay above market. Your work is worth more than a reimbursement rate.
- A real team. You plan with the other disciplines, not around them. Speech, OT, mental health, and behavior work from the same page.
- Remote telehealth work. Work from where you live in Georgia, Florida, or North Carolina. We place you only with clients in states where you are licensed.
- W-2 employment. Every clinician on our team is an employee, not a contractor.
- No insurance billing. We do not bill insurance, so there are no claims, no payer audits, and no one outside the care team deciding how much help a child gets.
- Paid students. Students in supervised fieldwork are employees, paid for every hour, with a named supervisor.
- We are early, on purpose. Fee-for-service pays for hours delivered, not for whether a child got better. We are moving away from that and building toward value-based care, where the team is accountable for outcomes and families help define them. Being early means your judgment shapes how outcomes get measured and how the team works.
What we are building
We are starting with a core team: BCBAs, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, mental health clinicians, and care navigators, all working from one plan for each child. Families deserve a true team that never contradicts itself, from the very first day. Over time we are building a much deeper multidisciplinary team around families, including a physician-led model. A physician on our team helps coordinate a child's medical care and works from the same plan as everyone else. If you work with children with developmental needs or their families and your role is not listed, apply and tell us what you would add.

How we work
- Service intensity comes from the family's needs and your clinical judgment, never from a revenue target.
- We report outcomes as they are, including when a plan is not working.
- When disciplines disagree, the family's goals break the tie, not whoever generates more hours.
- Parent training and team planning time are paid time, not unpaid extras.
- Families and children never appear in our marketing or on our social media.
