Waitlist
The waitlist is not a plan
You were told to wait. Then you were given a number, a portal, and a polite sentence about “when a spot opens.” That is not a plan. It is a pause with stationery.
A plan has people in the room. A plan has a start that is real. A plan does not hand you six separate calendars and call that care.
Most families learn this the hard way. Diagnosis, then wait. Speech in one building. Behavior in another. OT when a slot opens. Nobody starts on the same day. Nobody shares a direction. You become the person who holds the story together because there is no one else to hold it.
Roundtable Care exists because the waitlist is not a season of care. Cohort 1 is forty families in Georgia and Florida. October 5, 2026 is the fill date — we sit when the table is full, not a half table. Week 1 seats Family, BCBA, SLP, OT, MHC, and Care Navigator together. Tables again at weeks 7 and 13. You leave in week 14 with peace and a treatment plan.
If you are not ready for a cohort, you still should not sit alone in the wait. Beyond the Waitlist is community and education — parent training, other families, no sales pitch required.
If you want the table mapped: book a Care Mapping call. Conversation, not a form. More answers on the FAQ.
Two next steps only.
