What is a Care Mapping call?
Care Mapping is forty-five minutes. Camera on. A conversation, not a portal.
We map what is actually breaking at home — the wait, the referee job, the conflicting plans — and whether a 14-week table with Family, BCBA, SLP, OT, MHC, and Care Navigator already sitting is the right next thing.
What it is not
It is not an intake. We do not collect diagnoses on the site. We do not ask you to upload the binder before fit. There is no create-your-profile flow. This is not OneIntake as a public product. Do not send PHI in chat, email, or a form that claims to be “getting started.”
Dollar amounts do not live on public pages. Funding — including payment plans, Cherry (our named lending rail, not CareCredit), and a superbill that is paperwork rather than a reimbursement promise — is mapped privately after fit.
