You became the coordinator

Nobody put “case manager” on the birth certificate. Nobody trained you to chase authorizations, reconcile conflicting goals, or explain why Tuesday’s speech note and Thursday’s behavior plan cannot both be true in the same kitchen.

Yet that is the job. You waited. Then they handed you the whole team to run.

This is labor. Invisible, unpaid, endless. Clinics call it advocacy. It is coordination. And it steals the hours that were supposed to be parenting.

Whole-family, not whole-child theater

Roundtable Care is whole-family. The family is the client. That is different from a model that centers the child in language while still leaving the parent as the unpaid bridge between silos.

We sit Family, BCBA, SLP, OT, MHC, and Care Navigator in week 1 — our internal team, already talking. Existing outside providers do not sit Cohort 1. The point is one plan and the same direction so you stop being the translator.

Fourteen weeks. Roundtables at 1, 7, and 13. Leave in week 14 with a treatment plan.

We do not replace your school team. We are not a high-volume mill. We will not promise a health outcome. What we take off you is the referee job.
