Past live hour · September 5, 2026 · Already happened
You waited. Then they handed you the whole team to run.
A live hour on the waitlist, the pile of treatment plans, and six people who have never met — and what a real plan looks like when the team is already in the room. Not an intake. Not a pitch deck.
With Ashleigh Dominguez, BCBA. Zoom link after you RSVP.
The job nobody hired you for
You became the coordinator because there was no one else to be it.
A diagnosis, then a waitlist. Speech in one building, behavior in another, OT when a slot opens. Nobody starts on the same day. Nobody shares a plan. Then you go home and try to be a parent.
Saturday is 45 minutes on that wound, and on what it looks like when a team already sits together. You leave with a map. Not another waitlist with a nicer name.
- Months on a waitlist, then another waitlist for the next specialist.
- Providers who mean well and have never sat in the same room.
- A pile of treatment plans that contradict each other by Thursday.
- You translating, scheduling, and chasing, instead of parenting.
The live hour
What we will map. What we will not ask.
We will
- Name the wait, then the pile of treatment plans, out loud.
- Map what a real plan looks like when Family, BCBA, SLP, OT, MHC, and Care Navigator start in the same room.
- Leave you two doors: a Care Mapping call, or Beyond the Waitlist if you want company without a season of care.
We will not
- Take a history, a diagnosis, or a document.
- Turn chat into an intake. Do not paste records.
- Pretend a webinar is care. If you want the table, that is a separate conversation.
After Saturday
Two doors. You do not have to pick the table today.
If you want a team that is already talking, write hello@roundtablecare.com and ask for a Care Mapping call. If you want education and other parents — no pitch required — Beyond the Waitlist is the room.
